Halo 3 - How to Make a BLACK WARTHOG + other vehicles (NOT MODS - READ TUTORIAL)

Make a Black Warthog on Tsavo Highway in Campaign on Halo 3. This can also be done with the other vehicles on that map such as a Wraith, Chopper, or Transport Hog.

This glitch is only going to work in this location / area and if you were to move the vehicle if would of course go back to normal.


Tutorial:

Maneuver a vehicle into position on the broken Tsavo Highway section towards the end of the map where all the Wraiths and Choppers are located and it will become BLACK/SILHOUETTE. Your character(s) will also turn black when you get into the vehicle's driver, passenger, or turret positions. Refer to the video for the exact location, which is towards the back end of the broken piece of road.


Duplicating warthogs can be done by hyjacking the AI controlled hog that crosses the bridge at the beginning of this section. Wait for him to respawn and do it to him again. Continue doing this and you'll end up with a lot of warthogs.

Everyone saying this is a mod is an idiot. It is not a mod, but a glitch. Part of the hog is in a dark area of map (in between the cracks in the road) and the engine mistakenly shades the entire hog as if it were in the dark. As for the large number of hogs, that is level specific. Every time the ai hog is destroyed, a new one will come to help you. He just killed the marines in the hog so a new would come, and he did it a lot of times.
