Fallout 3 - Unlimited Big gun´s skill books glitch

With this glicth there is no reason to spend level up skill points in big gun´s anymore, so save them for others.

In my case I need them to maximize a "near" perfect stats character cose there is no perfection in Fallout 3.

I strongly recommend learning Comprehension at level 4 to double book skill points considering that in Fallout 3 there are about 25 books per skill (24 for barter). In fact, you can gain more points with comprehnsion than with educated (cap Lv.20 ).

All you need to know;
Location: Bethesda office East
Who drops: Raider with flamethrower
Time needed to respawn again: 78 hours

I started from Bethesda office west clearing the place. Then I just moved to east side using the conexion between them so the first guy that appears in East side is the raiden who drops the skill book.

Go back and clear west again (lots of raiders will appear) and spend 78 hours or more there. Back to east for more books, repeat the process as many times as you need.

Actually I have 10 on all the SPECIAL and 100 all stats and all the special weapons in the game... So there is perfection in FallOut :) (I didn't cheat I play the PS3 version and followed an online guide from G4)

@pudding4me Check upload date. This video was made before dlc when there was no way to maximize 10 in every SPECIAL. Broken steel and "Almost Perfect" made it easily possible. I suggest you check dates before posting any comment, thx.

@ValkyriePROfile83 I have perfect stats all around and i didn't even try to do that. Isn't that weird? I meen i never even tried for perfect stats but at level thirty i had 100s and 10s

@obsleep this video was made before Broken Steel so obviously this glitch was for 20 cap level perfect stats. Even BS, it´s worth doing it imo.

Wouldn't this work if you just walked out onto the bridge an rest/waited for 78 hours? Your character still leaves the Zone that the Raider spawns in.

@obsleep It's really not that hard if you know what you're doing.. Statistically, you only have to take some perks, get the bobbleheads, and collect somewhat around 70 skillbooks to be perfect :)
