Don't rent with Dadders Properties! They are poverty Pimps! They are located in st. paul. TELL EVERYBODY! If you are a college student who needs an apartment, consider a shelter in dowtown st. paul! You'll get more repsect from them than you will Dadders! Every person that leaves them is charged a $2,100 fee and they WRITE IT OFF ON THEIR TAXES AS A LOSS SO IT COMES BACK TO THEIR POCKETS! You've been warned!

While we're talking about Fire Departments, the St. Paul Fire Chief has little respect for the owners of DADDERS PROPERTY! DADDERS cares only about the money and NOT YOU as a tenent. They are being sued by the city of st. paul for unfair practices (PUBLIC INFORMATION) and it's probably because they spraypaint any obvious plumbing problems to pass city inspection. They charge everybody who moves away from them a $2,100 fee because of all the damages they wouldn't fix while you lived there!
