Goatsilk - Portraits From an Ark - OSTRICH

The 55 participants in Goatsilk's PORTRAITS FROM AN ARK project sat down without knowing what animal they'd be painted to look like. When they were told midway through the filming they enacted the creature using only facial expressions and small hand gestures. Each video is set to music that we wrote to bring out the particular spirit of the painted animal, and digital effects are added at the end of each video to define the animal even further.
