i have downloaded the app and can not get it to work. i followed the video to the tee and the emulator fails to open entirely. i am running windows xp sp3. please advise on what to do.

i have downloaded the sdk from two differnt sources and still can not get it to work on my computer. i ran the sdk manager and succefully upadsated it, and i followed the vidoe to the tee and cannot get the phone image/ineractive app to open, please help.
