Arduino Pro Mini, TLC 5940 PWM driver, 4x4 Nichia Superflux LEDs, running a plasma sketch. This is a prototype for testing the thermal behaviour of the TLC when driving 16 LEDs at 60mA. (Result: A heat sink is required.)

The LEDs are Nichia Superflux warm white 25lm 70° RAIJIN NSPLR70CSS-K1.

  • Wow, that seems quite bright. I didnt know the TLCs were able to drive that much.

  • @kduhtdkzrt I will do twice as much, 130mA per channel.
