Both wrong fellas re the gears, the Atom takes off in 2nd (1st rarely if ever used). 5th gear utilised.

@grocer3 No, it's the K20Z3 engine from the Civic Si. This one in the video doesn't sound like it's supercharged, I think it's just NA. That being said though, there's still a MASSIVE power to weight ratio.

aww did I touch a nerve? There are 6 gears in this machine, you don't have to stay in 3rd in the hope you can get to 4th! Also, it would be nice to see it driving a corner fast rather that the easy option of going fast in a straight line ....I never said he was a pussy, they are your words!

@djchrisyork He switches into 4th at :57, 2:13, and several other times so that statement is false. If you're talking about not getting on it in 4th, I don't blame him, as he's in the city and the same traffic laws apply to that car. At the top of 3rd he was probably close to 100mph, but I guess you would have gone 180 on the city streets so he's a pussy who can't drive. The ignorance some of you convey is staggering.
