  • i agree that this was a horrible thing to happen, but shouting at the guy who caused the accident won't solve anything, because at the end of the day, accidents happen, and no matter how much of a terrible person you say he is, he probably feels awful about it, he made one mistake and it will follow him for the rest of his life. And, at the end of the day, hundreds of people drink drive, so why don't you tell them to rot in hell?

  • So tragic this happened to Jacqueline...

I just recently got a DUI, and that could have been me who hit someone. I'm sure this guy did not have any intention of this happening. This guy needs forgiveness just as much as anyone. There's a big difference between an accident and someone who premeditates a crime. It's a shame that sometimes both have the same result. My heart reaches out to this guy as well, and of course to Jacqueline.

  • Sparce life style? At least the man that caused this doesn't have to face what Jacqueline has to deal with every single day! People please do not drink and drive...even after one drink, do not drive!

  • turn that fuckin music off

  • fucking music

  • @etonks Im so glad we have laws and judicial system instead of important decisions left in the hands of people like you. Think about it man and dont assume im a fool who hasnt considered the victims in this, dont be so harsh its not a good quality.

  • @thesportsguy10 Thank god someone else has brains, youre probably good to talk to, ur probably able to empathise, sympathise and negotiate all evidence of emotional intellect. Im sick of barbaric bone heads to stubborn to listeb to reason without their heads popping!

  • @BeeRocket2010 ... i had started a reply when i noticed u had already posted what i was thinking!

  • I JUST WANNA CRY! HER FACE IS SO SAD TO LOOK AT!

  • My health teacher showed us this..... I recall Jacqueline not being able to confront him. But she forgave him, I believe.

  • its a terrible thing that happened and I really feel for jaquline, but it was an accident and I dont think locking this guy up for life is the way to deal with this. Im glad that he only got 7 years he was just a kid who made a bad choice that resulted in lives lost and jaqulines loss of her face and hands etc, he's not a murderer. He will live with the guilt of this for his entire life and so thats why I don't believe he should be punished as if he is were murderer with intent to kill.

  • Driving drunk is not an accident. An accident is something that you couldn't help. You tip over a glass of water, you step on your cat's tail, that's an accident. When you drive drunk, you CHOOSE to try or kill or maim someone. Everyone knows you don't drive drunk. Crying that you were too drunk to know any better is a bogus excuse. Really? He was alert enough to cry about his car! You know what? Drunks SHOULD rot in hell. Drunks & those who defend them are worthless scum.
