For the first time in years (if ever) the original colour version of this filmed performance of Elton John live in concert, as compiled and edited for GTK, originally broadcast in B&W in 1974. The B&W version was played recently in 2009 as part of "rage Goes Retro" so they must have only just found this copy.
I love the 70's

After the first opening chord (before the next), it sounds as if there's a bass note not present in the studio version. Could be wrong?
The speed-up is because of PAL.

It is the original audio the music and the audience are mixed in. Has any ever thought that elton brought his instruments he played on the studio album to a concert?
