I want to make sure that all who watch this video know I'm NOT taking credit for filming this video. It was shot by WB Video Proudctionshttp://www.railfanvideo.com/catalog/vie wall.aspx). I have no intent of infrenging on somebodys copyright. I only wish to share these clips with fellow railfans who appreciate these shots for what they are.

Now that I've placed my disclasmer, here we go:

Here's the helpers returning to Minturn, Co as they get ready to be assigned to another train for the push over Tennessee Pass.

  • I think they forgot to release the brakes at first. Ouch! :-)

Very nice video. I need to get myself a copy.

  • As I said before, I would recomend any of these videos to anyone intrested in purchacing railroading videos. I've included the website in the decription of the video. WB was fairly easy to find on the net. American AltaVista was another story. I think the $ is $29-39 for DVD or VHS.

Go for it. They're worth it!

  • I sure hope UPRR can reactivate this line. I just don't see how it "saves money" by sending all trains that are coming from Southern Colorado, through Denver, Moffat Tunnel, and reconnecting with this line at Dotsero.
