* Description *
Half-Life 2: Missing Information is a mod that contains most of the removed content that were suposed to come in Half-Life 2, but were later removed due to many bugs, difficult A.I., not appropiate for the story, just made for testing, and many other stuff that were never implanted in the game. Personally, I think this is indeed a good game, but appart from Half-Life 2. During the play in this mod, you are probably (or hopefully) going to feel why they weren't selected for Half-Life 2, and instead became cut content. It features special weapons, not a crowbar but another tool (Don't know the name), a fire extinguisher, a flare pistol and an custom shotgun skin (However, the sound and damage stay the same). Combine are different in skin and model, but generally operate the same way as in Half-Life 2. Manhacks are completely the same, as well as the zombies. This complete playthrough goes on the ship The Borealis, which is supposed to carry materials for Aperture Science. They brought all the missing files into one mod, and now the public play can go into it and discover what could have been another Half-Life 2 version. Have fun!
[PS]: Please Do not thumb down in relation with the mod, but thumb in relation with the video, many thanks!

PROS:
- Very good Graphics, fun play!
- Good enemies, strong and challenging.
- Enough ammo, almost as good as unlimited Flare Pistol, which always one-hit Kill/Burn zombies and Combine
- Not too long, as it is pretty much the same always, so good timing!
CONS
- Not much, perhaps that the fire extinguisher is pretty useless, and doesn't really extint the fire that comes in-game...

@VinceM51 Indeed, but it's still nice I think, for a free mod

@JorisCeoen very true, i am sorry for offending, is their anyway to get the combine skins separate ?
VinceM51 7 months ago
@VinceM51 Maybe go to the Mods location in sourcemods (c:/programfiles(x86)/Steam/steammaps/sourcemods/missinginformationfolder/materials and maybe there? I should check it out

@JorisCeoen can i wait here
VinceM51 7 months ago
@VinceM51 Nope, the files won't apply to Half-Life 2... I have been wanting to implent other materials from Mods before, and sometimes it works, and sometimes not... Like the gore in Appeltaart Mod can't be implented in Half-Life 2 which I would really like, but yea, it's not that easy
