@redturboeclipse Okay, awesome. Mine would definitely be DOUBLE DIN. Right now I have the stock radio in the top slot, and there's a cubby space just below. I found a guy that's willing to let me try a system before I actually buy it. He said it fits any standard size dash space, which as you've told me, my car should have. I'll give it a try. Thanks. I really appreciate it.

Yea you got it thats correct. your headunit will need to have a separate reverse trigger wire, but most do.

hi i have jensen vm9512 same as 9022 but flipout i understand how you wire the camera. so you wire the camera to the ignition switch groud to ground and positive to positive, then you wire the green reverse wire from the jensen unit to the reverse wire of the car. is that correct? which reverse wire from the car did you use? from the taillight?from the shifter?

@resa23np yes you are correct, as for the turn on wire for reverse, its up to you. whatever is easier to tap into. diff for each car of course. i found the wire under the dash

You have this in a Mitsubishi Montero? I have a 2002 Montero Sport that I'm in the process of "customizing" I've replaced the wheels, put in new seats, changed some lights and stuff, but I can't find an aftermarket NAV/Radio that will fit my car. The radio is sort of awkwardly placed at the lower end of the dash, but this looks like it might fit if I use both radio slots. What do you think?

@TheCristianEvans its only the most recent cars where they start to use non-standard stereo din applications which you need a dash kit..
However early 2000s most cars still use the DIN STANDARD. so it is just fine, you just have to confirm that stock is "DIN" size, DIN IS THE STANDARD, then theres DOUBLE DIN, what you see on mine. you just remove 2 DIN components, whether it be the stock radio and the "DIN" cubby then you can get any aftermarket DOUBLE DIN unit, if its single din, then same
