Speaking from the banks of the majestic St. Croix River, Senator Coleman addresses the need for comprehensive energy reform in his newest ad, "Look Back," being released today. Senator Coleman recently introduced a "do-it-all" proposal in the Senate that allows environmentally-safe drilling in the Outer Continental Shelf, a strong and vastly expanded commitment to renewable energy programs, increasing nuclear energy programs and developing coal-to-liquid technology. In addition, Senator Coleman is also a cosponsor of Senator Carl Levin's (D-MI) Over-the-Counter Speculation Act, which would extend the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's oversight and surveillance capabilities in worldwide energy markets.

I suppose of Norm can't win on issues, why not hijack his opponent's stance? Weird, because this ad is nothing like Norm of the last six years. What a fraud.

Good ad. I'm voting for Norm over the clown Franken.

Nice jacket though. It's very Eddie Bauer 1988. Good year for your party, bad year for jacket styles.

"I'm Norm Coleman, and I'm now running on a Democratic platform because I realize that the last quarter century of Republican anti-environmental ideas aren't going to win me this election."

Franken is a moron and a comedian and a bad one at that, so dear Lord Coleman you better hold your seat in the Senate.
