The extremes of Australia's differing climatic zones has to date made any single building material a poor standard solution for most home construction requirements.

The thermal performance of the common brick veneer home is very poor, allowing warmth to escape in winter and radiating heat to invade the living spaces during summer.

In response to this problem T3Energy has developed it's super-insulated light weight wall construction system, Mil-Max.

The Mil-Max Building system consists of a central core of rigid Polyisocyanurate foam with an outside skin of Magnesium Oxide Board.

This combination allows for a building system that requires Minimum Installation Labour with Maximum insulation value. Hence the name Mil-Max.
