Retired President Daniel Arap Moi attended Ugandas National Resistance Movements 23rd anniversary celebrations. Moi traveled by road from his Eldoret home via the Malaba border post on Monday. His press secretary, Lee Njiru, former nominated MP Mark Too and former State House comptroller John Lokorio, accompanied the retired president.
