If I am not wrong, people won't get radiation from radar cuz it's not pointing down to the ground, but up in the skies. Radars are directed energy sources, not like a bomb where radiation goes out in all directions (in a sphere). As long as you are not standing in front of it when it transmits, it's fine. Placing it on the roof kinda ensures that it won't happen.
Anyway i'm just saying.. I'm not a PAP supporter or anti-PAP..
