Before charging other countries for their crimes, how abt recoup the people who had to suffer under the oppression of your country?

There are much volunteering programs for orphans and handicapped ppl through your Bombs, Napalm and Agent Orange in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

Well, hope you realize that your French ancesters have robbed clean the Forbidden City with the British, and urged the Vietnamese to be independent from China, etc etc. Hope you are ashamed of what French & British did to China in the past, and Sarkozy continues to screw China every chance he gets.
