He's killing the durian, lol! u open from the bottom part, where you see lines stretching out to the rest of the fruit. stick a good meat cleaver in the centre and give it a good twist.

u just make a small cut at the top of the durian, where u then crack it open from. i don know , but it does not taste bad at all. and the taste is very unique and good, does not taste like normal fruit at all. milky, custardy and sweet....

i dont get it why western usually say that durian nasty.. i'm sure there is not durian tree live at there. for me durian is one of the best-taste fruit ever!

I hate onions but I love durians! So I can't really understand the comparison between them that you made in the video. But I'm glad you like it :) The durian deserves more love.
