If you don't have any piercings consider getting pierced, as piercings are very popular among the scene kids. Septum, Monroe, Snakebites, Spiderbites, and Browbreakers are acceptable piercings; since your ears will probably be covered under your voluminous hair, less emphasis is placed on earrings. Also plugs, and fillers are very impressive to especially on a girl!

Wear bright eye makeup. Pink, purple, blue, green, and red would do just fine. Remember to use thick, black/silver/blue eyeliner. The makeup can be plain black, depending on how scene you would like to be. Although you can also go for the clean, pretty scene girl look with just lots of mascara and some pretty eyeshadow.
