Advanced.Rope.Dart Tech 3: V-Step Jumpkick

Advanced Ropedart Trick 3: "V-Step Jumpkick and "Knee Stomp Kick"
V-Step Tech:
your right leg kicks the dart forward and upon its retrieval your toes of your right foot grasp and step down on the rope between your hands (forming the V) left leg can either swing out around the V or inside the V to then clip and kick the dart out forward as you simultaneously jump. The jump is necessary as you have your weight upon the middle of the rope.

*Warning:
Downward pressure from the foot landing back on the rope
as it reaches its retrieval point can send the dart (Quickly) right back at your face. Make sure you know how to do a proper kick and that you have lifted off the ground as you do the kick ...or else!

Knee Stomp Kick: simple after you've kicked it forward (right leg) use your right knee to press down on the middle of the rope (doing so will retract the rope a bit) and should give you just enough room to do another kick on the swing down
