  • Hello my friend.

First of all I really appreciate your efforts to speak in portuguese (not brazilian). I am happy to see that some people show interest in learning a part of our culture. Thank you and be welcome to visit us again.

About the sharpening tools that one I used on this video I consider with a very low grid, 325. A 600 one should be better.

    Thank you again.

    Knife forever.

  • There are so many Brazilians and Portuguese within 30 miles of New York. I have spent many, many wonderful hours relaxing over a good meal in a churrasqueria, having rodizio, or going to the Brazil Day parade in NYC or Newark N.J. . Good food, good music and quite wonderful people !!

About the sharpening. Yes, The grit was a bit rough as you said. The ceramic sticks are great, but I love this new little Gerber pocket item that I bought. Kudos and obrigado.Oh,I found your site through NEZZA33

  • Agradavel video, contudo empregar os "Gerber Diamond pocket sharpener" quem muito bom e eficaz. $4 a $5 em USA. Haver um eu mesmo.

PLEASE excuse me if nobody understands my very poor Brazilian, but I tried. All the Brazilian I learned was from a menu (ha I love Rodizio!).Utilize the Gerber Diamond Pocket sharpener, which are very good. They are small, easy to carry and effective. They cost about $4 to $5 in the US.

    adeus, obrigado.
