Propaganda: information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread widely to help or harm a person, group, movement, institution, nation, etc.
Technically, we could say all news outlets use propaganda. None of them ever truely stick to the facts. They will always throw some opinion in there.

FOX news is biased but it's as right wing as MSNBC is left. I'd say CNN is probably the most balanced of these channels. Television news is becoming irrelevant now just like print newspapers. Eventually we'll be having this debate about Reuters

I love fox news. By watching it for one hour, I learned that Obama is a communist socialist gay muslim nazi hitler nazi fascist totalitarian dictator-to-be, and that all Liberals hate America and burn orphaned puppies tied to American flags.

what's funny, ironic funny that is. the more fox is exposed as a fake news outlet the prouder the seem to be about it. there like "oh yeah?!" you think that's outrageous, check this one out, obama is spending 200 million dollars a day and using 47 warships and 200 jets on his trip to india.
and what's fox's source for most of their news? a republican blogger. so, at what point i ask, does the public actually care whether their news is factual or not? our apathy is getting dangerous.

All I've seen from FOX has been a steaming pile of feces and one shameless stream of lies after another.
