  • Tim, I have a question. Can you baked or fry a catfish with the skin on it? I have fillet it and gutted it, just couldnt get the skin of, I guessed as long as I dont eat the skin after cooking it ok is that right? btw, love your videos keep doing good things, who knows maybe watching your videos will help someone survive one day.

  • @jjakabigb Yes i keep the skin on it the skin will be a plate to eat the fish it works great.

  • This may be a silly question, but would it be all right to use any type of leaf?

  • You are raising and teaching those boys right.More parents, mainly Dads should take the time to teach and do things like that with their kids. You must be a good man, keep it up bro!!!

  • Interesting vid.. btw the sharpness near the catfish head(dont know what its exactly called), if got pierced, one can get never ending sick...be extra careful

  • Nice!

  • In Canada natives taught me how to bake fish in clay with leaves seperating the baked clay block. The skin comes off with the clay.
