Traditional Malaccan Food - Kuih Badak as it is called in Tranquerah area ,in other parts of Malacca and Malaysia it is also known as Epok Sayur. Kueh Badak is actually a curry puff like shell , stuffed with bean sprouts , dried chillie paste and dried grago ( geragau ) , served with the tangy flavoured sauce made of fresh chillies , vinegar and a little sugar and salt. According to Rahim , the Kueh Badak recipe has been handed over for several generations.
