@XGameMusic Tiers do matter greatly in 3S, and to say that the only difference is that low tier characters need to "parry more" is both hilarious and incorrect.

For the vast majority of tournaments, Twelve and Q will not place. You haven't seen them get top 3 "lots of times", you've maybe seen it a handful of times and it just sticks out in your mind since it's uncommon. Compare tournament results for how often Chun, Yun, Makoto, and Ken get top 3 to the rest of the cast. It's not even close.

tiers dont really matter all that much in 3s for example some characters that are considered *Low Tier* just means they have to parry more Than the *High Tiers*
