@Lakilester00 The Westminster chimes do not denote the hour. They rang 22 seconds early due to the fact that the first chime of Big Ben is the actual start of the hour.

@Lakilester00 The bell that countes the hours strikes when the countdown is finished. What you hear 22 seconds before the countdown had finished is the famous melody you know from big ben ;D
