  • good, should be more videos like this.

  • Well it's been a while since you first put this out there, how about a more recent look in FX - maybe a movie player or mp3 player. Judging by the views on this, people are hungry for FX material

  • This was a cool insight/tutorial on Java FX!

    thanks a lot!

  • this looks like an ugly mash between css, javascript and actionscript ......

  • Thanks for good intoduction on javaFX

  • Awesome mate! Thanks

  • good good from egypt

  • The Flash VM can be faster to start up, but the Java JVM is WAY faster than Flash after that.... and I mean several times faster. Look for the benchmarks, there are several around the internet... and certainly, you can run your own testing apps to confirm that. The startup is not all... if after that your code runs as a turtle.

  • how about benchmarking and startup timings

    against FLEX

  • java.ui.*; ha cambiado...

  • Thanks for these videos. I'm looking into Java for the first time, and when I hear things like Java J2ME, JavaFx, use an IDE, you don't need to use an IDE etc... videos like these are like putting a lantern in a big dark cave.
