Thanks for the info--I tend to make things more complicated than they need to--I am going to try this simpler method--hopefully I will stick to this system!

I usually take the documents out of the envelopes and dispose of them right away so I only hold down to the actual document.

You didn't show how to use the magazine holder, the labeler and the post-its to simplify this kind of clutter...I'm disappointed!
