Storyline:
Jacob imprinted on Edward shortly after his turning into a shifter. Edward and Bella had been in a relationship but Edward couldnt deny the pull to Jacob and he and Bella came to an agreement. Bella said she understood the imprinting and didnt hold anything against Jacob and just wanted him to be happy. One night things changed, Edward cheated on Jacob with Bella, and neither told Jacob. Shortly after his unfaithfulness, Edward told Alice what happen. Alice is upset at the news and both are caught up in the conversation to notice Jacobs presence.
Upon hearing Edward revelation, Jacob confronts him. Edward tries to convince him that it meant nothing to him and it was a mistake, but Jacob is hurt by Edward and cant trust him, causing him to leave Edward, even though it kills him to do it.
As the days go back, Edward cant help but remember his time with Jacob and its driving him insane. Edward knows he cant stay away from Jacob long and wants him back. Edward goes to see Jacob and asks for forgiveness. Jacob tells him he cant trust anything he says after he cheated on him with his best friend. Jacob shifts and runs off, leaving both heartbroken.
Alice sees Edward and asks him what happen. Edward tells her that Jacob didnt want anything to do with him. Alice knows how the separation is affecting Edward and goes talk to Jacob. Alice tells Jacob how Edward has been since he left and that she knows its doing the same to him. Alice convinces Jacob to give Edward another shot.
Finally listening to his heart, Jacob finds Edward and tells him that he cant stay away anymore, he need to be with him.
