Is there a way to have particles and HVs remain playing and displayed in OpenGL when switching away from the particle emitter item in order to adjust wind item parameters?
this is not working right in lightwave 10. Alot of the menues are nbot the same. Is there a shortcut to get to the hypervoxels 3.0 window, and texture editor? I am farly new to lightwave, but i am going at a good pace until now. Please someone help!
@TheRealTmantix: Just create an emitter object and parent it to the front of the firing chamber, just behind the hole. You can use more than one emitter—you can place another one where the shell ejects. For smoke, use procedural animation techniques with Hypervoxels.
What if your particle emitter is an object itself? For example made a hand gun firing and i used the slide to emit particles, I tried this and I can't get the particles to look like smoke. Should i just use a particle emitter object or what can I do because i like the way the particles pour out of the slide at the moment?
Thanks for the tutorial.
