250cc superkart engine seize at Eastern creek

Almost all gearbox superkarts run without filters, this is normal. The fuel is not being sucked out by "turbulence" it is being blown back by the pulses from the crankcase - being 2-strokes the fuel mixture is compressed in the crankcase before passing to the cylinder for combustion. Nipping up pistons is an occupational hazard when you are getting almost 400 bhp per litre capacity.

Because I watched this it obviously makes me an expert.
I think it was the flux capacitor...

looks like a 250r engine would be better with its 6 speed gear box ,, and i think its also a overdrive in 6th

That sucks, they even laid the soak up down for him but he missed it... Joking, That looks like sooo much fun, I used to kart a bit but I never had the priviledge of driving a sweet ride like this. Thanks for posting, Looks as though you were passing everything in sight until the engine gave up. Nice run!

you can hear the engine starting to go tight off turn two.

If you watch the right front tire towards the end of the really long straight away you can see that it actually looks round along the surface.
Just so all You geniuses know the ring seized on the bottom cylinder which has nothing to do with running no air filters or anything stupid like that. It seized because honda changed the design of their pistons around two years ago. Maybe you guys should do some research befor you comment on things that you dont know about.
