Interesting bit is he was in 3 of the movies of Lasse Nielsen and in all those movie roles he had his real name for his roles with La os være as his actual last name as his first name which is Meyer and in Måske ku vi and Du er ikke alene his real first name as his name which is Ole, basically in 3 of Lasse Nielsen's film names for character roles were preserved and reused. I would like to know from Lasse Nielsen why they either used real names for characters from the actors? I'm curious thanks

Already from my first film 'Lad os være' I used the children's real

names, because it were easier for them to remember.

I have done the same in my latest film 'The story of Net', where the

boys name really is Net.

Also if you dont mind answering when is La' os være and Måske ku vi be released for dvd or something with at least english subtitles like Du er ikke alene? Because I been wanting to get them but so far Du er ikke alene is the only one released at least in the USA here.

Thank you for your enquiry. We are trying to buy the USA rights from a German distributor, but they demand far too much money. Still, we keep trying, as we would like to issue a USA version with English subtitles.

@xxxofnet Tak for the answer I hope you and your team trying to buy the rights succeed and i hope you the best to make more of your style of coming of age films. Will you also in the future be making another film in Denmark or is The story of Net your last one? It would be fantastic to see a new film from now in Denmark and how it differs from La' os være, Måske ku vi and Du er ikke alene which are wonderful films. Its a question that's been on my mind tak again.

To make film in Denmark is`t possible without support of money by the Danish film institute. I will proberly continu to make film outside Denmark.

@xxxofnet Aah I see now I remember that the state almost controls filmmaking completely in Denmark through the DFI and without its support filming wont be possible. That's a shame I wish such requirements weren't necessary. By the way how did you gain support for the 3 movies you made back then? Also how did you or your team then get a hold of Sebastian to do the music for the films? Thanks for your reply.
