Hmmm I have to agree with some of the posters below. Your CPU isn't slow, but it's definitely a bottleneck to your video card and any other video card you may want to upgrade to in the future.
I would have:
1) bought only 4 GB RAM
2) bought only 500 GB HDD
3) spent a little less on the case
With the money saved you could have easily invested in a triple or quad core Phenom II from AMD. Dual-cores are really starting to age...
Anyways that's just me. Congrats on your build though.
