@captwasabi - Ah, so everyone who has the nerve to keep calling you out for your ridiculous propaganda is just a flaming liberal, huh? Got it. Shows how little you really know about me, smart guy. Regarding identifying yourself, AND/OR posting any substantive info on your channel, either you didn't read the post closely, or you need a refresher course in the subtleties of the english language. My guess is it's both. Again, I'll let the record here speak for itself. Have fun trolling!

@jperryam I distorted nothing but you just did. You asked me why I didn't have the nerve to identify myself. I answered that question quite succinctly. Now you come back claim you never said I HAD to post my name. Ah, typical liberal tactics of lie, distort, falsify and character assassination. So very, very typical. Toodles. You are no longer fun. More like boring and pathetic now.
-
@captwasabi - good job distorting the conversation. I didn't say you HAD to post your name. You could easily describe yourself and your motivation on your channel without doing so. Just as well, I guess, since anyone with a clue can read through these comments and see what you're all about anyway. How much are the war whores paying you to troll around for two and a half year-old videos to leave your ridiculous comments on? Or are you just some regular schmoe doing it out of blind party loyalty?
-
@jperryam See, there you go again. Anyone who agrees with you is right where as anyone who disagrees is "bought and paid for". You are such a transparent little tool it's pathetic. As for your direct quote from the Constitution, you are a fool if you think that treaties are euqal in weight to the Constitution. As for keeping my name private, you're the attention whore desperately seeking validation for your opinions, not I. You do make me laugh though. Do keep flailing, it amuses me.

@captwasabi - No clouds here. The wars are illegal. No question about it. But don't take my word for it. Ask any constitutional law expert who isn't bought and paid for by the perpetual war machine. You haven't "easily educated" me on anything. The direct quote from Article 6 is not my opinion. It's fact. If you're so confident that what you're saying is right, why don't you even have the nerve to identify yourself and/or post any substantive info on your channel? Troll on, my friend.

@jperryam You're missing the point, genius. I'm not denying that treaties do become part of US law. The point is that they do not equal the Constitution. Let's say, for arguments sake, that the US Legislature joins into a treaty and the Executive approves. According to the Consitution that treaty is now law. How ever, if there is a legal challenge to the treaty that courts would use which legal document to make sure it's legal? Hmmmm...I wonder? Constitution 1st, treaties 2nd. Done and done.
-
@captwasabi - Since when is a direct quote from Article 6 of the Constitution "misinformation and lies?" Stop ignoring the things you can't refute. Your lame schtick is severely outdated.
-
@jperryam So inclosing, I've asked you to provide clear language in the Constitution which shows that the Legislature can force the Executive to do what it wants by withholding funding for the military. You have failed to do so. You then stated that the wars in Afganistan and Iraq are illegal because of treaties to which the US is part of. I easily educated you on the fact that law flows from the Constituion 1st then treaties. Are there any other issues to which you are cloudy on?
-
@jperryam Right. I post fact, backed up by case law cites and I'm the trickster. I can just see you now, shaking your fists and yelling "Darn you, pesky facts! How dare you interfere in my dastardly plans of misinformation and lies!" LOL. What a maroon!
-
@jperryam So basically you are trying to say that your opinion is correct where as the USSC is wrong? Typical. The undeniable fact is that the hierarchy of US law is Constittion 1st, all else 2nd. Or are you honestly stupid enogh to believe that a treaty the US signs which vacates our 1st Amendment rights is law?
shes a traitor,string her up
