  • Hello darkness, my friend, I always knew I would greet you. You have staked me in my dreams; hello friend, no introduction is necessary. You have stood with me my greatest fear the last resort without you, I would never have seen the moon. I have always know you. dawn fades at sunset; Hello darkness, without you I would have never have known the stars, love and all that is precious, all that lingers for a silence then is gone. Hello darkness, my friend.
  • Thanks for the poem. I like it.... CaTV

  • My friedish friend,

    hello darkness, my old friend

and now you return to me

    Without identity, hello friend.

  • and what of identity and non-identity? hello darkness my friend. To care not for identity and its cruel, ghoulish return, without thought of return a maze of mirrors tears the mind. hello darkness, my friend, without you I would not have known love and all that is precious, for lingers for a silence then is gone. Hello darkness.
  • To see the world etched in shadow

    To care not for identity,

    but only for darkness.

    To say hello friendish friend

embrace me, i need a friend

    and there is no other;

I have no need for return

but I must see myself in the other.

Hello darkness, my friend, my other.

  • The heart it asks for so much

    everything with out identity

without thought of return in the other

to sing and care for nothing else

to give your song to darkness

    and care not

To find in darkness a friend,

    a fellow traveler

    searching for the light.
