How the fuck did he look so normal in 2000? I thought he made most of his surgeries in 90's.

@3Hits4Felix Wasn't a big fan of Brando in either of those films, but he knocked me out of my chair in "A Dry White Season". That one, in my opinion, is the last truly great Marlon Brando performance.

@idlt4 : im totally agree with you....if instead of smashing his face had been dedicated to his career ...

All about the set up. "He's definitely not a patient here...." I don't care if he's the bloody warden, he is broken. That' the point. That is the magic. The switch Rourke does....just stunning. From broken shambles to cool and smoking....intense. Nicholson as well, without a flaw.

brando was an acceptional actor, but Dr. Moreu and Don Juan were really his last two films where he really showed his talent for the last times. His role in The Score made it seem like he was uninterested in the part so much so, that the performance felt like a parody or caricature. That also could have been b/c he was appearantly impossible to get along with onset, and had to constantly have his needs addressed before anyone else.
Good looking out by Sean Penn giving Mickey the role at the time to help get him back on track. But man did Mickey sure deliver so he made the right choice too! Nobody would have even known Jack Nicholson was in the scene with him too! Lol.

He took the scene from Jack Nicholson. I mean Jack Nicholson. JACK. F*ING. NICHOLSON.
I can't think of many actors that can do that.
