@roxyfit Thank you very much. I ordered the wraps and a set of 18oz gloves already (oops) I was using 16oz gel gloves. My work out consists of the reflex bag, then doing some other cardio activities so I might be ok with 18oz, I figure if I can force myself to hold up those heavy gloves the better off ill be and I will get more calories burned up. Waiting for the wraps and gloves so I can get back to working out at night. Thank you again for the information!
Thanks so much! i recently broke my 4th metacarpal (boxers fracture) from being an idiot and punching the wrestling mat with the bottom 2 knuckles on accident, and i'm going to need to wrap my hands once i ease back into training, Your video really helped! nice tattoos btw.i dig it.

@Iliketokickthings24 Thanks for watching. I would also suggesting taping your wrist with athletic tape before wrapping your hands for extra support! :)

@PROJECT939 any age is great to start practicing Muay Thai - in Thailand little kids start very young. Look for a good young adult program in your area :)

@themeaningoflife38 I was a pro Muay Thai fighter, I'm now retired and just focus on teaching. I have trained in MMA though - but prefer striking. Thanks for watching my videos :)
