Equilibre training and then some implemented work that I've been doing lately.
This is to give an example of some basic exercises very important for further development.

Stay tuned for more details about my training, workshops, methodolegy. Everything is done with a reason behind it, systematic and thought off.

  • Ido you really are one of a kind. I hope to once come train with you. I started like half a year ago training capoeira and I follow you vids for a while now. Your game and your dedication to everything you do are really inspiring. I hope to once play a gamo of capoeira with you. Im deffinitely gonna train hard!!!

  • @amarcapoeira93 Thank you very much, my friend. It would be my pleasure! Keep moving, exploring, playing. Life is strong in those moments!

  • Still one of my favorite handstand videos.

I'm working on 1 handed handstand now as well, I'll definitely try the exercises you're doing in the beginning.

  • Thank you, my friend.

I wish it was my favorite handstand video...

    Keep training,

    Ido.

  • Perfect balance!

  • This is impressive, thanks for the demonstration! I am even far from doing a good handstand right now. But one thing i noticed: When doing the regular handstand movement, you mostly look down to the floor. My mestre told me to train looking to the front so i can see my partner all the time.

Would you suggest training in both ways, looking up and down, or just train one way?

  • Ido, you are really amazing. I'm from Brazil, and now that I discovered your portal, you are officialy my teacher of body control. I practice Capoeira for 8 years, and my specialty are those static movements, but you make them look EVEN MUCH MORE static! Hope I'll be like you some day. And who knows, to play with you someday soon!!

  • Real life Luke Skywalker stuff. Very impressive.

  • any tips for doing this?
