At the heart of the hotel is its world class art collection. Inspired by a mandate to showcase Naples, contemporary artists such as Francesco Clemente, Sergio Fermariello, and Lello Esposito created pieces in a variety of mediums, while top Neapolitan photographers such as Monica Biancardi, Antonio Biasiucci and Mimmo Jodice produced series of images for a permanent exhibition housed within the hotel, all designed to immerse guests in the city's vibrant culture in a fresh and thought-provoking way.

Conceived with artistic expression as its heart, the Romeo Hotel features specially commissioned works by Francesco Clemente, and artwork by world renowned artists such as Mario Schifano and Lello Esposito grace the walls of the public areas. Rare items of period furniture are set against more contemporary designs, including those of Antonio Citterio and Philippe Starck.
