0:28 are you tapping and hammering on the same note?

@leifericson923 Yep, its a trick I got off Paul Gilbert where you can play a trill very fast by hammering on in between taps. That part is meant to be played by tapping with your plectrum but I hate doing that since it leaves a dent in the plecs I use.

@Koloarie I'm using either the 6505 head or the Rectifier in an Amplitube demo, I can't fully remember, I'm using the tubescreamer in Guitar Rig
@Chickenwingmv I record into Logic Express 9 through a Saffire Pro 24 interface
