Video shows Executive Chef, J Chastain of the Second Floor restaurant, Dallas, Texas, preparing his first place award winning dish during the 2010 Dallas wine and Food Festival's Rising Star Chefs' Contest. The dish, a seared scallop appetizer with baby bok choy, peanuts and apple mustard cream sauce will be served at the Rising Sttar Chefs' Award Dinner to be held, Thursday April 22, 2010 at the Nasher Sculpture center.
