This is DJ Wolf-D... tour DJ for hip-hop legends Kool Mo Dee and The Treacherous 3. For all my fellow DJ's out there, I decided to post up some footage of a show we did in Amsterdam. It was my 1st show overseas using the Vestax VCI-300 and Serato ITCH.

  • So what would you recommend for a beginner the Numark or the Vestax?

  • If your main focus is mixing/blending, you'll be all good with the smaller and lower priced Vestax VCI-300. If your main focus is both mixing and scratching, then you should definitely go for the Numark NS7 because it's gonna give you more turntable realism with the spinning platters.

  • Mannn... I love both the Numark and the Vestax. They're both great for different reasons. Naa.. Spoonie wasn't at this show, but Busy Bee was there. Jeru The Damaja was actually down in the front row watching the show. It was a verrrrry cool event. And then.... there was the Red Light District... :)
