  • no, actually i have just 4 days of my challenge left. life got too busy to do bfl and post videos. so i chose BFL! i'll be sure to post a final video with before and after pics. glad to hear your having good success.

  • spamlin, u sure like your food )) try reducing balsamic vinegar with sugar in a pan for a better taste of it ))

  • yeah food is such a big part of the BFL lifestyle since you have to eat it 6 times a day. ive always had a passion for food, but now im finally starting to understand how to balance good tasting food with healthy recipes. thanks for watching.
