Easter Sunday in Florence, Italy means setting ablaze thousands of fireworks!! An ignited fuse resembling a dove, travels down the nave of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo Cathedral) on a wire, igniting a huge wooden cart full of fireworks. The cart is pulled by four white oxen through the streets of Florence ending in the Piazza del Duomo in between the Baptistery and the front doors to the Cathedral.
