yes u can, but only with the pistol. It great to use as a blockade since big guys like boomers can't knock them over

Can you attack with, and plant the boomshield as cover i never pick it up I find it pretty useless.

btw guys, just an announcment, all the people who have videos of themselves playing lvl 50 horde on insane or just lvl 50 horde are playin it as a PRIVATE MATCH, meaning u can restart the wave if u die and u still get an achievment as u would in normal horde. i dont no anyone who has actually finished horde in a public match. i cant stop playin it, i want to get to 50. and even after i do i bet i wont stop playin it. it was a good choice to include this mode. like really good choice. its jus fun

day one is a pretty easy map for horde. its all open and since all the horde always rushes to u u can just camp on higher ground. by far the hardest map ive played for horde is stasis. the furthest ive gotten on horde was lvl 37 on avalanche. on that map its so easy u can just camp at high ground (on the far side of one side of the map) and mow them down with the mulcher.
