That's the 30 ft starter cliff. The highest on that side of the lake is 45ft and affectionally called the Platform. I doubt you cracked your ribs. I botched a flip off the 35ft cliff that is just 2 down from this one and landed flat on my back and although it hurt a ton, it didn't cause damage. Those cliffs are just too low to really hurt yourself... The big side on the other hand, just about once a week you see some one pulled out of there for landing awkwardly.

That is one of the low ones. Did that by myself. Don't think I'll go higher alone
