The REASON my son's in Tap. Best of all time, can't wait til my kid is doing this big show, he totally will. I try to practice this bad boy every day, I WILL get it nailed some day, itz SUPER hard to do that Russian dance movie!

Fred Astaire had an amazingly long career for a dancer; ten years on Broadway with his sister Adele(she was the big star, amazingly) and then Hollywood musicals from 1933 to 1957, and then another ten years doing TV specials and his last musical Finian's Rainbow when he was in his late 60's. And somehow from dance to dance he never repeats himself. Astonishing artistry and athleticism not to mention being a good singer and actor.
