5 Minute Meal in the woods

Cook Beef Stroganoff with Noodles in 5 minutes. Its the middle of the Quebec wilderness with no stove, no refrigerator and we are testing another novel food product. We did not think this would work for the Econo Challenge but would make an excellent emergency meal that can be stored for long periods of time without refrigeration. Great for the cottage or hunting camp.

@daretohaveorangehair Réserve Faunique La Vérendrye. This was a test hike. The actual trip is also posted. Its called Wear the Fox Hat 1 2 and 3. When we told people in Ontario where we went they said "Wear the Fox Hat?"

Im not gunna lie I think its kind of weird that two grown men went out to the woods to try out a meal like that... although I did sit through the whole video so maybe im the weird one..

@Jordyjg Well. The truth will help you feel better. The purpose of the trip was to do some early recon of the area we were going to hike during the Econo Challenge in August of that same year. It is good to get first hand knowledge of the area before you plan a 10 day hike. We brought this along to test if it would be something good to take with us on the same hike. Did not want to waste the opportunity to try something new. It failed and did not travel with us on the hike in Aug.
