@thenuttyprofessor i don't know if you watch their commercials but they market it as hidden life changing formula when really it is mostly common sense. you have the gist of it: the bottom line is it's a business 1st and foremost. Ironically, i received a call from one of Robbin's consultants and he apologized for the behavior of the marketing company that sold me the product.

@rdablo the reason their returns is like that is because people expect the package to contain a hidden formula, 80% listen to it and realise they need to do some work for themselves and cant be bothered so ask for a refund, they would never make any money if they said yes to everyone who gives up on life.
People like to be given fish, not taught to fix.

I wouldn't call Tony Robbins company a ministry. He hardly ever says God, and he is never specific about a particular god(fortunately). Good review, but I wouldn't put words in Tony's mouth.

Their return policy is awful. Buyer BEWARE! As soon as you know it's not for you, call them back immediately at 1 877 835 0044 to CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL! Be adamant and steadfast about your refusal. Their offers to stretch out payments or delay are just ruses. I knew in 15 minutes it wasn't for me.
