for the random seed, you can type the one in the video in and then click the up and down arrows until you find a different one...

@bigtk78 That's fine. You're supposed to say ok.
If you make a background that's not a pattern then don't put it on repeat. I'd make it 1920 pixels wide and 1500 long. But remember that you can only see the bit in the middle. It's just 1920 pixels wide for people with HUGE screens.

@GIMPtricks Itssays save as then I erase the xcf and type jpg. It then says export and some other stuff and I just say ok and if you look at my background I chose a difffernet one I used a template I downloaded. Check out my background please.

@bigtk78 Yes it does matter. (Depending on what you mean)
You need to open the xcf file in gimp and then go to save as and then save as .jpg. You'll find you have 2 files on your computer after that. the xcf and the jpg. You need to upload the jpg. You can keep the xcf around in case you ever want to edit it since it will have all the original layers still there.
What do you use to film te screen?
